Happy Fasting for all Muslim in Indonesia.
And because this is Ramadhan, I will post
something about Ramadhan. My question here is what the most Ramadhan culinary
that you think it should be on your table when break fasting?
Here, I make the list of
Ramadhan culinary that should be on my table.
First, Kolak

Kolak is the sweet food
that made from santan and it contain of banana, ubi, kolang-kaling, and
sometimes it contain of tapai. It depends on that person, they can fill Kolak
with other fruits that they like.
Second, Kurma

Kurma is a fruit from
Middle East that also known as “fruit of prophet”. Kurma has the benefit that
is suppose to overcome anemia, keep your teeth and bones to stay healthy,
prevent stroke, also preventing coronary heart disease, maintain healthy eyes,
smooth bowel movement and Kurma has anti-oxidant that high enough.
Third, Cincau

Cincau, which is
processed from the leaves. Cincau itself is a culinary acculturation of China
(xiancao or sienchau) in their own native language Cincau is dazzling plant
names. Cincau also have various beneficial properties for the body. It contains
an anti protozoa, tetrandine, alkaloids etc which serves as an anti-malarial,
cold medicine, fever, heartburn, vertigo, hypertension, ulcers and supposedly
well as an anti-cancer agent.
Forth, Gorengan

Gorengan usually consists
of various types such as tahu, bakwan, tempe , banana, etc. Mixed with flour
and then fried dough is sometimes served with peanut sauce as complementary.
That's the food that should be on my table during Ramadhan. How about you Food Fighter?:)
